Hi! I am Kassim Mejia, Executive Chef at The Loft. 

I am Peruvian specializing in my culture and in different Latin cuisines. Growing up in Peru and attending Le Cordon Bleu has taught me everything I know today. Learning from all the spices, to plating a fine dish. When arriving to California I began my journey in exploring many cuisines which is why I fell in love with the beautiful city of Los Angeles. My menu offers plates that bring
balance with an outstanding taste of infusions in cultures. 

LA is known for its diversity in restaurants and The Loft explores those
different flavors. We also include vegan and gluten free options!
